Nung Weerapong

Executive Chef

Chef Nung Weerapong, Executive Chef behind Art of Siam Thai restaurant, has over 20 years of experience working for some of five stars hotels in Bangkok-Thailand and has spent the last 14 years cooking for many of finest Thai restaurant in the UK.

Chef Nung in charge of menu creation, development and cooking for Art of Siam.

He has a passion for creating food that's not only taste delicious, but is beautifully presented. He also only uses the freshest ingredients in order to ensure his Thai food of the highest quality.

All of our dishes are prepare by Chef Nung and his Thai culinary team with care to make our customer enjoy the best dining experience, so you can trust that every little detail has been taken care of.

Roger Siriwangso

Manager

Roger who joined our team towards the beginning of August last year to take on the role of Restaurant Manager at Art of Siam. Roger has 27 year's experience in the hospitality industry, having worked for some five stars hotels in Chiang Mai-Thailand and has spent the last 13 years at various finest Thai restaurant in the UK.

Roger has brought with his a wealth of experience in the customer service and hospitality industry. 

Roger enjoys meeting new people and seeing them leave with a smile on their faces.
